Audi TT fuel cap stuck Got a quote from an independent repairer, who advised that whole petrol cap needed replacement at a cost of £300+. Ended up taking to an Audi dealer who undertook repair at same cost. A1 authorised repair, although I had to pay at the time, but following day I was fully reimbused less excess fee. I'm sceptical about warranties, but service was excellent, and highly recommend, thank you!

having had my vehicle since 05/11/2020, I have had an issue with the central information screen turning off and re-booting. Having been sent to a local garage by A1 this did not remove the issue and I requested that I take the vehicle to a Peugeot garage, which A1 permitted. The vehicle required a system upgrade which I requested they do, I paid for the work and A1 are placing the funds into my account today (22/2/21). A1 approved have been outstanding… A1 approved have been outstanding throughout my claim, the garage repairing my motorhome were being a bit awkward ref billing but nothing was too much trouble for A1, as long as I kept them up to date with everything that went on between me and the repairers. All the staff were super friendly and helpfull and quick to redpond to any questions, absolutley recommended.

Excellent Warranty Company We are a motor dealer and A1 Approved Warranty is our warranty provider and we cannot be more pleased with the service that they provide to our customers. Having a great warranty company alleviates a lot of stress knowing that when the customers are passed on from ourselves to the warranty company you know they are going to be looked after in a fair and professional manner. We cannot recommend them highly enough, we have used other providers which actively go out of their way to be unhelpful to customers and this simply isn't the case with A1.

We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. This was a smooth process with payment being made back to me with 24hrs. A pleasant experience with a warranty company, efficient and polite service!
